Application for Returns/Refunds.
Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, Merchant may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:
(a) The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery / deployment.

(b) We have delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong terminal, etc.) to Merchant.
​
(c) The Item delivered to Merchant is materially different from the description provided in the listing of the Item.
We will review each Merchant’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Merchant’s application is successful. Merchant is always to retain copy of all transaction records / proof of payments.
Condition of Returning Item.
To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Merchant should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to us in the condition received by Merchant on delivery. We will recommend Merchant to take a photo of the Item upon receipt.
Cancellation and Liability of Item Return Shipping Fee.
(a) In the scenario of an unforeseen error from our end (i.e – damaged, faulty or wrong item delivered to the Merchant), we will bear Merchant’s return shipping fee.

(b) In the scenario of the Merchant’s change of mind, Merchant shall get our consent prior to the return request and Merchant will bear the return shipping fee and other applicable early termination / cancellation fees.
​
(c) In the scenario where there is disputes on the party liable for the return shipping fee, we at our sole discretion will determine the party liable for the return shipping fee.
Refunds.
Merchant will only be refunded after we has received the confirmation that we have received the returned Item in good working condition. The refund will be made to Merchant’s credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable.

Title, Ownership and Usage of POS Terminal.
​
Title and ownership of the POS Terminal and equipment related thereto including any enhancement and modification to the same shall remain with us, the Operator’s Acquirer or to a third party identified by us in the Welcome Letter (upon / after delivery or deployment). The Merchant shall fully indemnify us for all liabilities, losses, damages, costs and/or expenses incurred by us as a result of the Merchant’s use of the POS Terminal and related equipment. In relation to the Merchant’s use of the POS Terminal, the Merchant shall:
​
(a) keep the POS Terminal and its ancillary equipment in good condition and carry out maintenance and repair works (if required) on the POS Terminal and its ancillary equipment at the Merchant’s own costs.
​
(b) not use the POS Terminal to process Payment Transactions for any third parties.
​
(c) use the POS Terminal with care and in accordance with the relevant equipment user guide.
​
(d) bear the cost of any repair or replacement of the POS Terminal arising out of the Merchant’s negligence, abuse or misuse of the POS Terminal.
​
(e) ensure physical security of the POS Terminal and related equipment.
​
(f) nor tamper, modify or otherwise alter the POS Terminal and related equipment.
​
(g) not part possession, loan, sell, pledge, mortgage and/or in any way dispose the POS Terminal and related equipment.
​
(h) allow us or its authorised agents or sub-contractors to access the Merchant’s premises to install, repair, service, swap or retrieve the POS Terminal; and
​
(i) process all Payment Transactions through the POS Terminal in accordance with the Standards and operating instructions supplied by us from time to time.
​
We may replace or cause to be replaced or request the POS Terminal to be returned at any time for any reason as we deem fit.
​
Changes to Policies.
We may update our Policies from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
